I’m the primary manager of the store’s social media. Our strategy to date includes organic-only content. Since beginning our work together in 2023, the store’s profiles have seen the following growth:

Followers: up 300+ from prior 17 months

Reach: +3.7% from prior 17 months
Followers: up 992 from prior 17 months

Design + Creative Direction

As the store’s primary creative partner, I’ve designed event posters, product tags, the website, and more. I also provided creative direction for merch and our mobile trailer wrap.

Brand Development

Tracey and I may not have gone through a typical brand strategy process, but through our continued work together, she’s gained a clear understanding of her customer, position in the market, and how to use the brand’s story to connect with her audience.
